Academic advising and tutoring policies play key roles in achieving students' satisfaction engagement, thereby improving retention career development. However, universities do not give enough attention to developing the Student Affairs entities or quality. This study aims conduct a systematic review of literature, order determine needs UAE federal universities, with special emphasis on academic counselling satisfaction. The target population this consisted related works published peer-review journals, books websites. A comprehensive literature was conducted list 28 selected manuscripts from 2000 2021. data were collected manually articles, by researchers. draws policy-makers advisory boards, launch proper services, so that, students higher classes will achieve good performance, leading students’ retention. Furthermore, our findings revealed that can improve satisfaction, gender identity expression.
